Stop Overthinking

Heyo buddies,

So my last post was about what is the true role of life 
And am here today with a new topic that is Overthinking

So, what is Overthinking basically overthinking is thinking more than normal people  and overthinking is not at all a bad habit, yes am sure it is not a bad habit
Because if Overthinking is a bad habit then none of the scientists like Albert Einstein or Stephen Hawkins have made such great discoveries.

Overthinking is very helpful until it includes negative thinking.
Yeah, negative thinking is the main reason for meaningless and destroy full thinking.
That just destroys everything it causes angriness, sadness leading to destroy the human brain.
Each one is an overthinker just the thing we need to do is positive thinking that will result in creative and zealous minds that would look into a new and peaceful way of living.

When our mind starts negative thinking
When we start assuming instead of knowing the truth we assume that he must be thinking or saying this or that bad about me and no such kind of situation you need not worry just stop thinking and go and speak to that person or whomever you were thinking about that what are u feeling or anything.

Nowadays most of the negative thinking starts in relations coz when we get too connected to someone we have a lot of insecurities and possessiveness.

For example like if the person is ignoring you, you will start thinking first that what happened, I didn't do anything but after some time if that person ignores you more
You should just speak up what has happened or why are you not talking to me but most of us, what they do is they also start ignoring and inside thinking that he or she must be hating me , he or she is not interested in talking to me don't do such things guys , cause such things will lead to storage of all these negative thoughts and angriness in you which will kill you daily,
So instead of being killed daily just go straight and ask that person that what has happened, is everything fine?!....

This kind of straight behavior will solve most of your problems at ease and you will also not do negative thinking which will keep your mental health and physical health also fine.

Negative thinking may lead to breaking of relations, and of course, hurting yourself
Negative thinking is like a gum that will stick to your mind but you have to keep control of your self and your friends and family will also help you in this just have a belief on yourself and you can remove any of this fevigum from your mind.

This generation is full of negativity that is destroying their minds, there relations , there health both mentally and physically there emotions but it's never late if you try to opt a good habit, opting a good habit just needs 21 days and have you plenty lot of time so refuse negative thinking and say a huge yes to positive thinking.

Positive thinking will always be helpful to you as it leads to the development of ideas, increment of kindness and nourishment of your own mind.
So be positive and do positive overthinking!
