You need to happy

Hey guys
Am back with a new topic, that is you are needed to be happy no matter whatever happens
Hmm so let's start!!

Happiness, what is happiness??
Happiness is the inner joy of a soul that makes him fit and ready to conquer upcoming challenges by the happiness I didn't mean you to fake a smile I meant real happiness you all are needed to be happy to live this life. Happiness doesn't come itself  you have to develop it
Happiness is nature's greatest medicine for any problem whether it is a mental, physical or emotional problem. Your happiness relies on what you do, what you feel, what you, think
Happiness is a very necessary thing in your life you happiness status defines how much you are strong or how much you dare to defy problems.

Happiness may also help you in building your self-confidence to stand straight in front of problems.
Self-confidence is required to defeat any difficulty in life.
Self-confidence is needed to be developed maybe in some it is god gifted but if it is not we have to develop self-confidence, you need to be confident in whatever you do and you will be confident when you do it with complete knowledge and information of whatever you are doing. But even excess of confidence is harmful, excess of confidence is over confidence which may become an obstacle in your way of achieving your goals.

In the above image, it is showing there are two kinds in which one won the first prize in some competition while another won the third position and he is a lot happy after reserving that position that in the competition and the first one is disappointed and jealous of seeing him so happy!
We conclude that your achievements don't matter in your life, how much you are happy for those achievements matters because even after grabbing the first position in the competition the child wasn't happy

We all live our lives I know we all have a lot of tensions, worries, moral ups, and downs, heartbreaks, emotional breakdowns, and most of the times we are not able to escape these traumas, the only way I found is being happy, just forget all of these depressions sadness and try to enjoy even small things like when your mother cooks food for you, she wants it to taste appetizing and healthy for your proper growth. So appreciate her efforts for you, she is also a human but she does all that for you to make you happy to see you healthy and to stand on her small expectations. All she wants is your growth. Whenever you feel you are still not able to withdraw your tension just go and hug your dear one, you will fall relieved believe meeeee
