Stress free

Helo mates, today we will talk about stress, relieving stress and experience joy.
What is stress?
You are doing something for a long time and still, whatever the work is not done and you have other responsibilities also which you have to take care of creates some tension and frustration in your brain can be termed as stress. This stress is very harmful to your mental health and mental stability. It can be because of some failure, some work issue or some emotional issues. And having stress is fine but until you let your stress control your mind.

Stress is an enemy of your brain because it overloads the brain with thoughts and anxieties. Stress takes control of your mind and makes you do the wrong things, thereby resulting in a faulty brain. You should never let stress access your brain or it will use you in a bad way and will force you for making wrong decisions, that will result in your failure. Basically, it blocks the processing of new ideas in your mind. So here, are some ways you can relieve stress.... 

Ways to become stress-free
Yoga
Practicing yoga can be the best way to relieve all of your stress. It doesn't take much time of your work, just five minutes are enough to do yoga. You can practice asanas like "anulom vilom",  focusing on the " spiritual eye" are some asanas you can practice that are less time consuming and very easy to do. These asanas will help you in refreshing your mind and will help in generating new ideas in the brain, which will benefit you in many ways.
Physical activity
Doing some physical activity for even half an hour a day will help you to get rid of a lot of stress. Physical activity like running, jogging or playing any outdoor game for just half an hour can be very helpful for your mental as well as physical health, which will reduce your stress. Stress can be released very easily by doing some physical activity a day.
Spending time
Yes, friends spending time with your loved ones can be the best to get rid of all your stress. Just what you have to do is, fx some time of a day in which you will spend time with your family, play games and crack jokes, creating laughs and good moments. This will surely help you release all your stress.
Don't think about anything again and again
Yeah, my friends never think about anything, again and again, no matter how important it is because thinking creates thought that then roam in your mind without stopping and always remember that before sleeping don't have a bad thought because at that moment your subconscious mind is active at that time and that thought would process again and again in your sleeping time and will turn in to reality. Also in the morning always rise up and have a good that has a lot of positive potentials. And then the thought would again run I your mind and will create it to reality. So think positive because your life doesn't create your thoughts, your thoughts create your life. Whatever you think will happen to you, so why not think positive and have no street and let success run in our paths.

So, buddies, these are some ways you can use to release your stress and make you optimistic. Then you won't ever have any useless tensions and stress. And surely will have a better positive and cheerful life. All the best cohorts for your next move in your life always keep growing. :)
